In order to artfully design our luxurious desserts, we bake from scratch using the finest ingredients including European butter, free range eggs, Belgian chocolates, organic fresh fruits and Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla beans. We use our signature light and fluffy Italian Meringue Buttercream to fill and frost our desserts.

We layer our cakes with two layers of filling between three layers of cake, sliced perfectly to create beautiful layers when cut. Each cake is coated in silky, smooth buttercream and decorate it into an aesthetically pleasing edible masterpiece. We also offer semi-iced buttercream cakes for those wanting a simple yet elegant design. Gluten-free and vegan cakes are available upon request.
